Need sponsor to join Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club

My wife and I are looking to join the LPRGC. We don't know anyone in the area who shoots so I think we're going to run into a problem once we try joining.
Is anyone here a member of the club?
Perhaps we can e-mail back and forth and maybe meet up at some point so that I can use you a sponsor?

Go to the general meeting and tell the person handling the registrations that you want to sign up. They will put their name down as a sponsor. I never had a sponsor and neither did two of my buddies that signed up the next year.

I'm a member of LPRGC. As previously noted, just show up at the general meeting - you will not have a problem finding a sponsor. The next meeting is 2/7 and you should probably show up around 7pm. Check our web site for more information - http://lprgc.org/

I have been a member for a couple of months. It's got a lot of rules, and somewhat tedious process to full membership, but it's a safe club. They are focused on improving the shooting experience for members. I will be at the meeting next week (unless something comes up at work). I'll be happy to sponsor you. I'll post on this thread if I'm definitely going so we can meet in advance of the meeting.
