Default Taurus Tracker Model 627 vs. S&W 686 frame size?

Any revolver experts out there - is the Taurus Tracker model 627, 7 shot revolver closer to the S&W K-frame (i.e.model 66) or L-Frame ( model 686)? Thanks, settle an argument for me please. Anyone own both? Anyone familiar with belt holster interchangability? Thanks all.

It is a hybrid, really, but I think it is closer to the L frame.

BTW, not a revolver expert, just from what I can tell by looking.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

No the tracker is not a L frame 686, the tracker seems to be bigger then its K frame model guns almost the same size as the L frame. I'm sure you can get them without the Compensators on them. The main thing just like the 686 the Tracker was created with the 357 magnum cartridge in mind. I'm sure it can handle many 357 rounds. Of the two I'd opt for the 686 because I like the way it feels in hand and looks better then the Tracker to me. Both are good 357 guns.
