    Default Sig Sauer customer service

Received a nice phone call from Sig yesterday, asking how I liked my P238 and telling me they had received the warranty registration card. I chatted with the fellow for a few minutes and he offered me 20% off accessories.

A nice touch for a business these days. Makes me want to buy another Sig.

I own many Sigs and each time I have had occasion to talk to Sig it has been a good experience.

Wow. Proactive CS follow-up to a sale. Odd. For anyone, not just SIG.

Keep the guy's name handy so you have a point of contact in case your new blaster ever needs service.

I just went back and read this and it sort of comes across like I'm busting SIG's balls which I'm not. I've only had one CS experience with them but it was 100% positive. But I sure as hell never had any firearms vendor follow up a sale with me.

Good to know. I've heard horror stories about their CS, but I don't listen to too much of that. Just got my new P220, so maybe they'll give me a buzz.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Sig's CS did OK by me for the most part, however they were supposed to notify me with tracking information when my pistol was shipped back after service and they never did. That caused me to miss the delivery and I had to go to the FedEx depot to make the pick-up.

If you fill out the registration online you get a 20% off coupon code when you finish - for those of you that don't want to wait for a telephone call.
