LTCF Denial appeal

Hello all. I applied for my LTCF on Sept 25, 2012. I got a letter on Nov 10, 2012 dated Nov 09th. (i'll post it) I was denied for Char&Rep, Good cause, Scofflaw,Drivers License suspended. Noblk ltcf1 001.jpgw let me say that when i applied i used my valid PA non-drivers license id, it's good til 2016. I contacted Parking Authority & received a e-mail stating that I DO NOT have any tickets. There is 10 people with the same name as me but none with my address. I then went to the State Police & had them check & no arrest warrant for me. Must be same name but not me. So i took my appeal down in person & the lady at the front stamped my appeal & denial forms then looked at it & responded to me "I don't know how your going to prove this!" I put every statute P.a.c.s. 6105-C.1. under title 75, 6105 (H), 18 PA cons.STAT 9124 B.3, 18 PA.C.S 6109:E(Xii)under title 75, Article 1 Sec 21 of PA Cons, violation of state law & UFA, Char & Rep to vague, NO good cause, person with same name not me & also LTCF application line I! I haven't received a date as of yet but when i do i'll let y'all know (She said some time in Feb) 13 at 12:[COLOR="rgb(46, 139, 87)"]UPDATE!!!!!! My hearing is for March 12, 12pm. Wish me luck everyone[/COLOR]- UPDATE UPDATE!! today i went to my appeal & i didn't even have to go in, they called me up asked me 1 question & said i should receive my LTCF in 30 days or less. I waited four months just to be told your good to go! WTF. BUT HEY I'LL TAKE IT. Thanks everybody for your opinions & thoughts Oh by the way my Florida should be here by next week. lol

So essentially your name got mixed up with someone else and they won't issue a permit for this reason?

I don't see the problem if you can get documented evidence of yourself. If under your name and address you live in for all those categories I would think it would be a shoe in case for you to be approved since it will just show that the Sheriffs Office was just incompetent in their investigation.

I agree except it's not the sheriff, it's charles ramsey the police commish.They better hope nothing happens to me or a loved one or for that fact anyone where i'm at! because i'm going to SUE their illegal arses!!!! I guess ramdom acts of violence or mass shooting never occure here in The Peoples Republic of Philadelphia! If cops get shot leaving work what chance do we have?

Chill, I knw the tickets aren't yours. I was referring to the notion that SOMEONE could get 17 speeding tickets and apparently never learn their lesson.

Sorry, it wasn't meant for you but for those who read these comments so they can get an idea of how ridiculous this city can be. If on their own forms it states that tickets & or warrants relating to vehicles(title 75) aren't to be used! But they just don't care about what the law is. It reminds me of the old saying about Absolute power corrupting.
