Game Warden, any duty to inform, etc?
Is there any duty to inform when dealing with a game warden? I passed one the other day in traffic and thought these guys have more freedom and liberties than PSP. Do we have a duty to inform? Can the harrass you for open carry or concealed??

You have no duty to inform anyone.
I'm sure they could harrass you for OC, frankly I'd tell himm to f' off. If I'm not hunting I have nothing to say to them, but that's just me.FUCK BIDEN

There are some times where it would be prudent although not a duty as you are referencing or in states like that have duty to inform laws. When your checking a firearm at a courthouse. I would not touch it before letting someone know you have one you want to check. Also if traveling by air you do have to declare it when you check your bags.

Re: Game Warden, any duty to inform, etc?
Are we looking at two different things?
God's Country said "You have no duty to inform anyone."
QuackXP said "There are sometimes when it would be prudent although not a duty as you are referencing..." He responded with words to the effect of "Yes, but..." He was responding directly to the first sentence he quoted.I am not a lawyer. Nothing I say or write is legal advice.
