Any AR-15 Gunsmiths around Schuylkill County area??

Looking to have my Colt H-Bar barrel cut down, and re threaded for a vortex flash hider for a SPR build I want to get started. I know of one smith in Frackville, the Rifler he is called, but I think he only works on bolt guns. Anyone know of anyone that is reputable, or that can do the job? I dont even mind heading out of county a little bit.

A bolt gun smith should be able to do it easily.

Ok what's a SPR? know SBR but I don't know SPR

Special Purpose Rifle. There are so many varieties out there the only thing i know for sure is that it has an 18" barrel. For some more info check out here.
