My summer pocket carry is a P3AT for those times I can't carry anything larger. I just got a Kahr MK-9 that will likely replace the Kel-tec for the most part, but it will probably be an IWB gun.

As summer fast approches I have found myself takin the Para Warthawg (.45 w/ 10+1), fits fantastic in the pocket or IWB w/ those handy clipdraw's. The other option I find working quite well is my S&W J frame wheelgun, small, airweight, cant be beat. But there is always room for the old G23 as I am a big guy its not really a problem to hide it but those are just my 2cents.

Summer heat does make it difficult to carry. I just bought my first IWB holster for my CZ P-01, CZ Compact, G23, and Steyr. I didn't think I would like the IWB, but it fits well and conceals the pistols better than the OWB holsters that I would normally use in the winter time. I also bought a "*** bag" aka fanny pack...IMO it looks gay, but it works.
