Default Out of state CCW permit LEO verification

I live in the Socialist Republic of Philadelphia and am about to get my out of state permits for FL, VA, and AZ. I know AZ has in the laws that a contact number be made accessible 24/7 for LEO's to verify if a permit is valid or has been revoked. Haven't really read up on FL and VA as of yet, but have heard that LEO's can't readily verify if a FL permit is legal or not. Do they print a point of contact on the card anywhere where a LEO can either call or pull up a website if anyone is stopped out of state?

Just curious in the event that I am ever stopped and some Philly cop wants to be a prick and seize my weapon and not return it until it can be proven I am legal.

There is an address and a phone number on the back of my FLA concealed weapons license, indicating "Direct Inquiries to:"

FWIW, my Utah permit has the same thing, a number for verification.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

AZ does not have a phone # on it...neither does CT since i was already looking...

But, IMO, it really wouldn't be too hard for a dispatcher to find a contact number for State Police of any state to confirm validity.

I know WV requires any reciprocal state to have a 24/7 database for licenses, and WV has reciprocity with all 3 of those states. Whether it's on the card or not, LEO should be able to verify the license easily.
I think you may have been referring to Philly Chief Ramsey's testimony at the HR 822 hearings in Congress, where he was claiming that people were going to have fake permits and that they'd have to be honored. There are a few states that do not have 24/7 databases, but the overwhelming majority do, including FL.

I did a right to know request a few years back and it is posted somewhere here on the forum when Ramsey was claiming permits could not be verified. Ken Wilkinson from the Florida Department of Agriculture had sent then Commisioner Johnson communication indicating that to very a Florida permit 24/7 a NLETS message has to be sent. It's basically simply put an AOL instant messenger for law enforcement. Arizona also uses NLETS.

Utah has a contact number printed on the permits.

At that time I proffered my Florida permit to the PPD Commisioners aid to test the dispatchers knowledge/ability. -- Out of Day shift/mid shift/ and night shift. --- Only one dispatcher knew how to send an NLETS request properly.

Florida permits are verified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (aka Florida State Police) via NLETS message.

The phone number on the back of the permit is the issuing authority (Florida Department of Agriculture)

If you live in Philadelphia your required to have a Philadelphia County issued LTCF unless you had an LTCF from another county before moving to Philadelphia and that LTCF is not expired yet.

recent PA Superior court decisions and AG Kane's modification of reciprocity agreements prevents residents of the Commonwealth from carrying on a non resident permit.
