    Yes folks, the site went down for a little while while Dan dumped the database.

    With the unexpected extra time caused by the lack of access to PAFOA, I discovered that it's 2012, and apparently there's some sort of presidential primary deal going on. I need to get away from the desk more often...

    While he was dumping the database, did he bother doing any maintenance (say, optimization) or integrity checks on it, or spend even a millisecond trying to figure out if the UCP problem that's been outstanding for over a year was at all related to the DB?

    .... not to mention all of the out dated info on the counties pages, like LTCF fees. There are other "static" pages outdated as well.

    I have no idea; my understanding was that this dump was done as a backup, and to have an offline copy to work on some ideas he's been planning.
