Try riding your thumb on top of the thumb safety like a 1911. May even help a bit with flip.

If they are slippery without the checkering I would think it be much more difficult to handle. I'm still working out on where to rest my thumb.
I hope they don't think about "CDPing" the stainless version because I already have too many guns and the temptation would be too great.
Here is a picture of her (Kimberly) in the size 3 Uncle Mike's Pocket Holster. I think could have gotten away with a size two but I like the fact that both the safety and trigger are covered and it slides out quickly without catching onto anything.

I have a Desantis pocket holster for mine when i am wearing shorts or long athletic type pants. It works well I carried my RUGER LCP like that for awhile...but if i have to wear jeans or dressier pants I put my KAHR in my Crossbreed mini-tuck IWB($67) and it feels great when driving and basically forget about it. Great for when u cant put it in ur pocket.
