    Default SBR in Reading?

    Curious as to how the CLEO (unsure exactly who that is) feel about signing for an SBR. My local PD is Central Berks but I assume I could also try the Berks Co Sheriff? Planned to stop by Stoney Creek to inquire, but they have since closed.

    +2 Will sign. $5 for the background. If it cannot be signed while you wait you will receive it in the mail a few days later.

    From what I've heard, Sheriff Weaknecht is very Pro-2A.

    I'm wondering the same thing. Who exactly signs the form (the Sheriff himself or a Deputy, etc.), and where do I take it once inside the court house? If it's actually the Sheriff himself that must sign as I expect it is, is there a specific time and/or place that I need to arrange to meet him or is he always there during standard hours?

    I'm about to do a SBR and I just want to make sure I have my facts straight so that I don't get steered wrong once I get there.

    Yup! Called today to confirm. Drop it off w a $5 background fee and they mail it back to you. I do need to supply my own FD258 fingerprint cards w the correct ATF address (I have no idea where to get these).

    Order them from ATF;
