PA resident buying ammo in NJ
Does anyone know if I can buy ammo in NJ without a NJ Firearms ID.
I'm asking because my office is really close to the AmmoMan and I was going to pick up ammo on my lunch.
Thanks.

Re: PA resident buying ammo in NJ
Unthinkingly, I moved there in the early '70s for a job I wanted. It took me over 25 years to finally be able to escape... to DE.
As for watching McDonalds... the cops used to watch the NJ liquor stores on Rt 73 for cars with PA plates buying liquor or cigarettes in NJ and trying to take it back over the Tacony-Palmyra bridge into PA.
As for the cops watching the ammo stores? I wouldn't put it past them! LOL.

Re: PA resident buying ammo in NJ
That's what makes New Jersey so annoying. Theoretically, they could do what you said, which is within their extremely vague laws. Rather than it being your right, it becomes your word against that of law enforcement. They might believe you, they might not believe you. It basically makes law abiding citizens look like and feel like criminals.
For such an anti-gun state, I find it ironic that it is a rather lengthy and demeaning process to purchase a firearm, but if you move to New Jersey with firearms, none of the above processes applies!...and they have a plan...

Besides, if you ordered hollow-points you wouldn't want to pick that up anyway. (NJ = ) Best to just have them ship it.
