Sig Sauer p-224.....New to the Sig line!

Was on the Sig site and saw they are adding a new all metal sub compact to the line. The Sig P-224, there are four versions of the pistol. Does anyone know when they will be available..??..soon..??...tomorrow???..WHEN!!..lol .!

Word is they're going to be available after SHOT, probably early Feb. Initially it will only be available in .40, but 9mm and .357 Sig will follow later this year.

Sig is also bringing out a 9mm version of the P238 called the P938. I'm looking more forward to that than the P224.

Tanner's told me they expect October availability.

I'm looking forward to this, but I'm not willing to pay full size prices. Street better be much better than their advertised MSRP or it will be a no buy for me.

I had a chance to play with this at SHOT 2012. IMO - one of the worst feeling guns I've ever picked up. I was standing with a group of folks that as soon as they picked it up they put it down with a look of dismay. When we saw the MSRP, we all just gasped. Good luck to Sig on this one.
