Sig Mosquito FTL
(Oops I meant FTL)
....and today, also, our Sig Mosquito performed rather poorly even with mini mags.... seemed like the back ridge of the bullets were getting caught in the magazine so they'd get jammed up at an angle instead of loading properly.
Is it the magazine?
(So happy that at least both of our .9 mm's performed flawlessly!!! ha.)Last edited by cakeshooter; January 9th, 2012 at 01:10 PM.

Re: Sig Mosquito FTF
My SR22 was doing that with Federal bulk ammo. Just came back from the range. Its seems to love the Remington Thunderbolts. Very cheap stuff, gotta love it.

Re: Sig Mosquito FTF
Mark your magazines, See if the problem follows the mag.
Prob best to do at the range (I don't like playing around with rimfire bullets like i do with center fire) Cycle a magazine full of rounds through the gun manually. If there are any feeding issues try and see where it is occurring.
Does it only happen with full mags? The problem with shooting Chinese bullets is 15 minutes later you wanna shoot again.

Re: Sig Mosquito FTF
I was having that problem the other week and found the rounds that were not loading were the last round in the mag and they were a little shorter than some of the other brands of ammo I use. Swapped ammo and had zero issues after that.
Your web muscles do not frighten me.

Re: Sig Mosquito FTF
its a problem with some semi 22's. the problem with bulk ammo is its dirty and your gun gets dirty fast when using. but the you said your having a problem with mini mags also. i am guessing your gun is clean and the problems started before the 300 round mark? some 22's have to be clean to shoot properly. could be that, could be a mag problem could be the gun it self. its hard to tell without someone looking at it. but that gun does have issues to begin with anyway. i know some people will say they never had problems...some 22's just do.
