Not sure about Collegeville, but if you don't mind hoping down 422 to Audubon/Oaks, I use a guy named George Bernsteil (610-666-0243). He is an FFL that works out of his home and mainly just does online and FTF transfers. Great guy and he is the cheapest in the area ($25!). I have used him to do both types of transfers.

I've also used George. He let me come over on Christmas Eve when my M&P arrived last year. He's a good guy, and doesn't gouge for the service. I paid $25. I'm in Phoenixville and I called all the gunshops I knew of between here and Delaware. They all wanted 40-50 for a transfer.

They aren't to far from you, I've done a transfer for two there. Don't recall what it was, but it wasn't outrageous. Give them a call, very nice shop with a good selection.

I did a transfer, with a fellow member, last month at Insight and they charged $25

You might try Limerick Hardware on Ridge Pike, They're selling guns now, they may be able to help.
