5.7 x 28mm barrel for Glock 29, 20 ??
I have a 29 and I know I can get a 9 x 25 Dillion barrel for it, but could Lone Wolf or another company make a 5.7 conversion barrel?

I think the OAL of the 5.7 might make this impossible in a glock.
The 5.7 is right at 1.6 and the Dillon/10mm is at 1.26

Yep. The FsN has a very wide grip, like a Kel Tec PMR30, IMI Desert Eagle or AMT Automag.
The 5.7x28mm is a good deal loger than most legacy defensive pistol calibers.
Pretty picture to illustrate:
The 5.7x28mm is much more powerful than the .22 mag guns, but they do have pretty similar grip dimensions.

There's a company that makes the 22tcm which can fit 9mm handguns. It faster then the 5.7 also.I think it's basically a 9mm necked down to 22.I would rather have the 9x25 dillion.95gr 9mm bullet going 2200fps is alot better then a 40gr 22cal doing the same.

9x25 is at best a wildcat round. I would have major concerns firing it out of a glock.
