Dream Hunt

What would you all consider your dream hunting opportunity? If you could go anywhere and hunt any animal what would you choose? There are so many options!

For me it is a tie between these two:

1. Another prairie dog hunt on a heavily populated dog town.

2. A hot bird hunt with dove, quail, and pheasant.

Reason for number 1 - groundhog hunting around here is really slow anymore, so it gets boring. You're lucky to see even one whistlepig all day. Sitting and shooting at countless prairie dogs with a high powered rifle is about one of the funnest things I've ever done.

Reason for number 2 - pretty much the same as number one. Game birds are getting harder to find in the area. Sometimes I'll luck out and have a farmer allow me to get some dove, but bird numbers depend a lot on his crops that year.

For me it would have to be a trip to Maine for Grouse. I only hunt Grouse and Coyotes and my wife tells me I am addicted to Grouse hunting.

im not a hunter and dont own anything thats not semi auto so it really limits it. but id like to take my ars and the 10mm out for hogs. hopefully Ill get to do so when visiting my inlaws in Ga this year.
