    Default Form 1 Question

Im finally ready to send out my paperwork for my SBR build but I have a couple questions before it goes out.

    1. This requires 2 form 1's I understand that but:
With the form 1's there are 3 pages one of which is just instructions, on each one so 6 total with the 2 forms.
Now on a single packet of a form 1 there are 2 pages that are exactly the same, so I have 4 pages total with all the information needed. They require 2 photos which I just got today, BUT there are like I said 4 of the exact same sheets.....sooo I guess what im asking is, am I only supposed to ship out one packet of the form one with a photo on each page (they are connected)?

    2. What is the best way to attach my photo.... scotch tape?

    3. Is it required that the personal check is in my name, or can it be in my wifes name?

Thanks for the info, Im just making my final checklist to make sure everything is alright and ready to be shipped.

Papers that need to be in the envelope to send out are as follows:

Form 1 x 2 - this is a one page front and back which has all the info on it. Make sure CLEO sig is on both, photo is attatched (I've used scotch tape, clear packing tape and USPS packing tape), and you signed.
Finger print cards completed and signed x 2
    Certificate of compliance x 1
Check for $200 - I've always had checks from my own account though I know quite a few people who have had others pay the fee ( ie dealer, seller, gemtech ) so I don't think it's a problem to have the check from some one else.

ahh... I see where you may have some confusion in all this. When you ordered the F1 paperwork from the BATFE you might have ordered 2 F1 sets of paper. So when they send the paperwork 1 - F1 packet includes 3 pieces of paper, 1 page of instructions and two F1's. It sounds like you have 2 sets of these F1 packets and have filled out a total of 4 - F1's Does that sound right at all?

You can discard the instruction pages... they are junk. 2 of those 4 form1's you can keep and don't send. Then just send the rest as outlined above.

I sent the Certification of Compliance x2 just for insurance. As long as the check cashes, they couldn't care if it came from Donald Duck.
