I don't get the whole "belt" thing. Granted I've been carrying for less than a week, however I'm just using a belt I bought at Structure about 20 years ago. It works great. I got it with an employee discount for about $15-$20.

I wonder if I'll come to realize I need a new one.

I'm apparently modeling myself after you, but am a few steps behind. You got the SR40C, I got the SR9C. Now I'm about to order the Old Faithful holster you recommended. Although I'm thinking it would be cool to make my own.

Oh yeah, you don't need a special belt for that.

i've had and worn two Galco 1 3/4" leather belts for almost ten years, would buy again. would like a horsehide from beltman too. also have an 1 1/2" galco for pants with smaller belt loops. prefer the large belt, but is not fit everywhere.
