Absolutely on the above. I spent about an hour or so in the Heritage shop a few weeks ago and this is definately a Jersey Refuge. Most of the plates in the lot were Jersey. After speaking with a few in the shop, this was there long welcomed sanctuary. Seems like they like their Utah permits and enjoy coming over here to shoot, carry, shop whatever and now shoot. On the prices, they are high, not sure how much they will negotiate though. Their indoor pistol range is nice and typical of a public for profit indoor range.
