i had mine shipped to Boyers in Slatington, transfer was $24 and i had it registered as a pistol.

Where does it say that? I see this:

"Lowers Ordered from Dec 22-Jan 8 will not ship until Jan 15."

But I don't see where it says that is the sale period.
