Bucks County SBR CLEO Question

Does anyone know if Duke Donnelly (Bucks CLEO) has any issues signing off on SBRs? I'm hoping to convert a GSG 522 to proper MP5 length.

Start an NFA gun trust and you won't need him to.

I did an LLC. Everyone in the family is on the LLC so they all can take out the NFA Items and enjoy them. In fact they have more NFA Items on the LLC then I do.

Nah, I'm not paying a a lawyer to do a trust... besides I have one who would do it for free. I also don't want to deal with any of the legal responsibilities of a trust or costs if he'll just sign it. Besides it's just an SBR for a .22, not a full auto (oh do I wish though) or DD.

Yes, he has signed 3 for me and I will be stopping by very soon with 2 more. Just a thought, you would have more flexibility with an AR lower SBR'd. You can run 5.56 and. 22lr on the same lower and have two caliber's to play with.
