3 Dot Sights, one of the dots fell out.
So I was shooting my M&P 9 today and ran thought 200 rounds, towards the end one of the 3 dot sights fell out and I couldn't find it. It's the one on the front sight post. I was wondering where I could find a replacement? Thanks.
Sanity, yours if you can keep it.....

Replace it with a Glock or XD. Enamel model paint will work very well. I think the company is Testers. Clean the hole with alcohol. After it dries out use a toothpick to put a drop of paint into the hole. Let it dry and add more paint if needed.

Re: 3 Dot Sights, one of the dots fell out.
This happened on our M&P 9mm first time out shooting it! Front dot gone! Apparently some were not cleaned properly before applying the paint.
So, we went to the store we purchased it at - the gunsmith repainted.....gone again first time out.....called S&W and they sent a replacement front sight but in the meantime we went to a hobby store and bought white testors paint (for hobby painting) applied with a toothpick after cleaning well and it is still on !! Never did replace the front sight as it is a pain to do.

White hobby paint works well, but I've been known to steal the wives white nail polish.

Re: 3 Dot Sights, one of the dots fell out.
The first dot to go on my M&P was on the front sight. I filled it with my wife's pink nail polish (works great when your shooting on a sunny day. If it is cloudy or getting dark, it might as well be blacked out).
Just the other day I had one of the rear dots pop out. I filled it with some of my wife's white nail polish in a bind. It worked out okay but it isn't as bright as the original white paint.
I've giving some thought to having new fiber optic sights installed (this is a range gun that I use for USPSA). I was originally just going to have a front fiber optic sight put in, now it looks like I might do both and go adjustable in the rear.
This was before adding the white paint to the rear sight.
