Philadelphia LTCF rule violations

I have to renew my LTCF in Philadelphia this spring.. Does anyone know if any headway has been made in stoping Philadelphia from illegally using the additional reference forms or denying LTCFs for parking tickets, etc?

I'm afraid you'll be disappointed: Nothing has changed recently.

There is a small-scale PPD shakeup going on currently. It is unlikely that this shakeup will reach the Philadelphia Gun Permit Unit*, but anything is possible between now and the spring.
