    Default just saw an OCer in PHILLY!

    I never see OCers in Philly. I was in Home Depot this morning and saw a guy OC. It was a beautiful sight to see a firearm right there on his belt next to his tape measure. Employees greeted him in the same manner as they greeted unarmed folks. No babies cried, no SWAT teams surrounded the building, the gun did not try to exit the holster on it's own and no one called him junior.

    A good way to start the day.
