Positive CC, OC encounter today

Went into the doc for a post op checkup, because of the weather and the lower back surgery I've been carrying in a shoulder holster for the past couple months (love it, so much more comfortable, and pants fit so much better). I took off my jacket for the check up. He noticed my firearm, and started up a conversation about how much he enjoyed trap shooting with his friends.

No babies died, no screaming women or children. Firearm didn't do any backflips, stayed in it's holster.

My first non encounter post, I like reading them, so I figured I'd share.

You're Dr. didn't bat an eye. Similarly, my Dentist and endodostist (both in Washington, PA) were not fazed by the presence of my OC .45 while they worked on me. Can we draw the conclusion that intelligent people (like Dr's and Dentists) are smart enough to know carrying a gun is no more an issue than wearing a watch?

If only.
