    I think it would've been more accurate to say, "Doctor Protected By Castle Doctrine Has Charges Dropped."

    Is this the first court case that cited CD since it was passed?

    During Gallo's court hearing on Friday, Pril failed to show up to testify, prompting the judge to drop the attempted homicide charge.
    Had nothing to do with CD
