Beretta 3032 32acp help needed

Beretta model 3032... & the grips were taken off.

I am having trouble putting it back together. I know it's not correct because the trigger is not resetting.

What spring pulls or pushes on the trigger to reset it? I can move the trigger forward by hand, and then pull it to make the sear disconnect, and the hammer drop. But the trigger is not fully resetting into the double action spot.

is it seated properly around the mag release? make sure you check it.

Just taking a shot, but check that the grip isn't warped a little and is pushing on the trigger bar.

The grips appear to be on alright.

The trigger bar spring was giving me a hard time, until I found the groove it goes in on the bottom of the trigger bar. I think it may have to do with the trigger return spring.
