    Default Glock Lightguard

Anyone have any experience with the crimsontrace lightguard? Doesn't have to be for Glock just want to get some feedback before I buy one. http://www.crimsontrace.com/products...istols/01-7040

Also, does anyone have a line on any OWB holsters that are compatible?

I didn't even know they existed. Pretty slick. If you're into gun mounted lights.

I didn't like what it did to my firing grip. I find it hard to adjust the grip on my middle finger without the rest of them. Also, the effect it has widening the trigger guard pushed my grip down. I just use a TLR1

YMMV. Any custom shop should be able to make you a holster if you send them the light.

I suppose the only advantage is they could be used on a gun without a rail, a Kahr, perhaps. They don't seem to currently make any, but give it time.

I don't see any reason to use that on a gun that actually has a rail though.

The up side is that it is very low profile.

The lightguard does interface with the rail, BTW.

They are much thinner and lighter than traditional lights, so it easier to carry and conceal one of theses than an X300/TLR.

I haven't used/seen one yet, but I'm pretty curious about them.
