Default Anyone get pulled over tonight?

My brother just got hold of me and said he pulled over his first guy who notified him he was carrying. I won't say where unless someone steps up to say it was them. He said they were very polite and offered to let him have it for the duration if it made him feel comfortable.
He also said it was a VERY nice Kimber.
I would like to see if it was one of us to see if they thought the stop went well too.
I stopped someone last night who notified but it was a Maryland cop.

Did your brother feel more comfortable after disarming the honest, polite, law abiding citizen?

Your brother should carry a spare Hi-Point with him so he can do the ol' slight-of-hand switch on those people who offer to let him hold their Kimber.

Did he offer to allow a search of his car, as well? Perhaps a sammich for the good Officer?

Based on this part of his post:

I stopped someone last night who notified but it was a Maryland cop.
...I guess he shouldn't talk to himself either.

Did you write him a ticket?

He was surprised the guy offered. He wouldnt have a problem with the guy holding on to it.

Of course not. He has put up with my pro-carry ass for years. He's on my side! He got chewed out by an instructor in the academy for arguing FOR open carry.

You mean a "Ham Sammich"? No search was spoken of.
I use to notify all the time. I wont do it anymore due to one officer giving me the third degree about it. I would appreciate if someone notified for me, but I would suggest they dont from now on. As nice as it is to know not all are understanding.

We arent all anti gun assholes fellas. I was going to OC meet and greets on here for years before I started wearing the uniform. For those who have met me my brother is the same.
