Default STI International Stops Sales To California

Out of NRA's Shooting Illustrated, 2008...

STI International has announced it will no longer be selling its guns to civilians or law-enforcement personnel in California. The company, which is known for producing competition and concealed-carry handguns, announced the decision a few days after microstamping legislation was signed into law for the state.

Good! Barrett has cut them off also...now if other gun makers would follow suit...maybe we can reclaim California! (Wishful thinking)

    Good for them!

I wish all firearm companies would do this. It would send a major message to Arnold and there would still be gun crimes

This is probably exactly what the lawmakers in CA were hoping for.

Exactly, can't ban 'em, just piss the manufacturers off until they pull out of the market. Same effect.

If everyone stops selling firearms to law enforcement maybe it will change some minds. Then only the criminals will have the guns...
