change address
I am moving soon ,so my address will change do i have to inform police department or fill out any forms as far as my guns are involved.. i do not have a ltcf??

I don't know why you would, there is no gun registry in Pennsylvania, just a sales database that's supposed to be destroyed every so often.
Seeing that you're from Phila. I believe they had an illegal ordinance about registering guns but like I said that was illegal. Just be sure to transport them properly, not loaded guns and ammo separate.
I'm not a lawyer this is just my opinion based on my memory of similar questions.
