Default Allegheny County CLEO Signing for Class III?

Anyone have any success recently acquiring a signature for NFA items from Mullen? If not, any other recommendations? I'd like to not have to resort to the LLC/Trust route. I live downtown, so I'm not sure who to get in touch with locally.

    Thanks!

Your best bet is the LLC/Trust route unfortunately

Mojo - have you have to deal with Mullen? Or have you heard from others - what is your reason for suggesting the other route (trust)?

    I am also considering this.

I've read in alot of places the Mullen refuses to sign off for you, or he'll only sign in one of two required places. I'm definitely going the LLC/Trust route now, just looking for a good lawyer to get it going for me.
