Boresight Solutions G19
Anyone send off their gen 3 Glock 19 to them to have the finger groves removed?
I might look into them a bit more for their stipple job - remove finger grooves - smooth / reshape under the trigger guard.
I'd like some feedback from those who may have had that work done. I'm specifically looking for how it fit your hand after it was done.
Thanks

Re: Boresight Solutions G19
I have handled a Boresight G19 with a reduction. Overall I thought it was awesome and would have no issues sending one down. I have also shot a few guns done by Bowie Tactical and one that was modded by Burwell. I would have no problems handing my money to any of those guys.
I did my own G19 and I can tell ya removing the finger grooves and undercutting was the best move ever.Jeff Cooper was a huge supporter of gun games, when he was winning them at least...

I had the chance to handle and shoot a Bowie Tactical Glock 19 with the grip reduction & finger groves removed.
Excellent work!
My 50th birthday present to myself is going to be a Bowie Tactical Glock 19.Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.

This place does similar work also. http://www.coldborecustom.com/Home.html
I've seen guns people got work on posted on other forums from Cold Bore. They do nice looking work.

Re: Boresight Solutions G19
Partly taste and partly because sometimes the fingers don't always fit into the grooves, properly (think of trying to wear a pair of jeans 4 sizes too big, or too small). Taking them off lets small fingers jam up tight against each other for a more comfortable grip. I was never a groove preson until I put my mitts around an HK P30 and the 24/7 Pro Tauruses.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
