S&W SW9VE
First of all, I'd like to say that I'm a first time hand gun owner.
I just purchased a used S&W SW9VE and it came with only one magazine. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can find extra magazines at a reasonable price?
Thanks-
Cliff

Re: S&W SW9VE
and keep checking the classifieds, you may get lucky. I found 2x15 rounders here for SW40VE cheap.

Re: S&W SW9VE
And, (if you can possibly bring yourself to have anything to do with the dreaded, hated, and much-maligned "lower-tier" firearms) , . . . there are other forums, where they worship at the altar of those guns of such lesser classes - places like Sig, Glock, Taurus, CZ forums - which also have classified sections and which sell all sorts of stuff. Right now there is a bargain on SW40VE magazines on TaurusArmed forum. Why I even once found a pristine S&W Model 28 being advertised among the KelTec foilks, and in a sort of "karma-is-beyond-understanding" thing, KelTecs advertised on the S&W forum. Amazing
Absolutely Amazing!.

Re: S&W SW9VE
I found my .40 Sigma mags at a couple of gun shows. I think $10/mag is what I paid.
BTW - I love my Sigma. If you haven't looked yet check out YouTube for easy DIY trigger fix. 5 minutes and a much better trigger.

Re: S&W SW9VE
Thanks for all of the info that you have already posted.
As I have said I'm a new gun owner and any info that you give me is greatly appreciated.
I am planning on going thru all of the NRA safety courses. I have a good friend who's a NRA Instructor as well as an Army Sniper and a Sniper Instructor.
I did just put 200 rounds thru the gun today at the range and I really noticed how stiff the trigger is. A friend of mine who has the same gun has already modified the trigger so I may fire his to test the difference before I make up my mind.
Thanks again for the info... please keep it coming!
