    Default Anyone shoot pinfire?

Im not talking the little toy 2mm, I mean the larger stuff. I know there is some modern ammo makers and its not hard but is time consuming to reload it. Iv been thinking about buying one for the novelty factor. Probably a 12mm.

Anyone have one? Are they worth the trouble?

    Something similar to this

    Or maybe a 7mm

I've fired a couple over the years. One around .22 caliber, and one around .38 caliber. Since they were of old design, pressures were load to resemble blackpowder, which make them pretty much powder-puff guns.

I have no experience in reloading the cartridges, but I imagine it'd be a bit more work than a typical centerfire cartridge. Even rimfires can be reloaded if you have access to fulminate of mercury or potassium chlorate, so I imagine pin-fires can be reloaded somehow.

BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
