This is the winning post for this thread in my opinion.Deserving of an AttaBoy!

    Wrong.

    Argue if you like.

I am aware of 2 US Military elite forces that use Glocks (75th Rangers, Delta- both units of which also have other sidearms in their inventory as well). I am also aware that they are extremely highly trained, far, far moreso than the avg US LEO or armed citizen.

I recently bought a Kahr PM9. It is very similar in design to the glock except that it has a true DAO trigger. When reholstering, i simply slide my trigger finger BEHIND the trigger until the trigger is inside the holster, and the holster nudges my finger out of the back of the trigger guard , thus rendering any form of a reholstering ND completely impossible.

Take a glock, change nothing but the trigger to a DAO design as both Kahr and DB Arms have done, and the gun's well known reholstering woes would be immediately and completely solved... and the gun would not suffer even the slightest bit in performance.

    So much for Glock "Perfection."
I'm not so sure traction control has any comparison here...

Will the Kahr still go off if any foreign object gets on the trigger? Yes, kind of like a Glock. I guess the trick is to keep shit off the trigger when shit doesn't need to be on the trigger.

I guess so, but that doesn't mean he is right, does it?

You know, you might be on to something there...
Jeff Cooper was a huge supporter of gun games, when he was winning them at least...

I never suggested that he was right, just unenlightened.
