Question Safe to shoot, or not??

I am fitting Tapco 20rd mags to one of my SKSs. As I take a little wood off I try to cycle some rounds. Problem is they won't feed correctly if it's too tight and get slammed between the bolt and the chamber forcing the bullet a few millimeters further into the shell . It's kind of funny actually, but it won't be if the round blows up in my face lol. Can I safely fire these rounds?

Read what I say as if I were speaking in a matter of fact, unassuming tone.

No, those bullets are not safe to shoot. When a projectile is pushed too far into the case, pressure is increased. This could be REALLY, REALLY BAD!!!!
When you are called a racist, it just means you won an argument with an Obama supporter.
