The easiest way if you can't tell by looking at them is with the adl, you have to use the bolt to extract the unfired cartridges. The bdl has a drop plate and will let the unfired cartridges out the bottom.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Umm, are you ready to spend quite a lot of money? If you're looking ready to spend at least $600, then it's probably not going to happen.

im not going to do it tomorrow i have 2 other projects im trying to finish this winter looking for something for spring/summer fun, anyone have tips for rebluing and removind scratches, i know im going to have to polish her up and get rid of a tiny bit of rust but she cycles smooth, im thinking just a bdl conversion might be doable i dont like having to cycle live rounds(unless im pulling the trigger)

    Newbudy,
Here's one way to do it:

Step one: If what you have is an ADL, purchase a used BDL stock. Your action and barrel should drop right in. If you have a BDL, go to step two.

Step two: Purchase the Kwik Klip conversion kit

I have one for my 25-06 and it works like a champ.

    Just my two cents.
