Can you hunt deers in Berks county with a Saiga 12 semi-auto shotgun?

I am purchasing a Saiga 12 and would like to know if i can hunt legally with this shotgun or not.

I'd say no since you cant use semi auto shotguns for deer and you cant limit capacity to 3 rounds, for small game.

Magazine capacity does not apply for deer hunting only small game . As for small game if you can only put two rounds in that mag it would be legal.
