The Armory
Wasted 5 minutes of my life today visiting the Armory. He has hardly any inventory and his prices are outrageous. He had some surplus 7.62 but that was just about it for ammo. Guess he spent all his start up money on that barrett .50 cal in the glass case. I know tactical stuff is all the rage but would it kill these guys to carry some deer rifles? I'm sure some hunting ammo in .308, .30-06, and .30-30 would sell this time of year.

Re: The Armory
Drive by it every day, usually too late/early. My dad stopped in today and suggested I stop by. I'm guessing you can guy a 30-30 dear rifle anywhere. Not sure how much of a demand there is for a pure "tactical" shop, but good luck.
He'll do FFL transfers for $25 from online retailers.

Re: The Armory
I concur too narrow of a selection and fair charge for xfers. Nice guy and shop.
$10 for S. African .308 is not bad but $450 for a case of yugo 7.62x39?!
I'd go back again and see how's it's going.Owner Trigger Time LLc 01 FFL/NFA Saylorsburg, PA. Sales/Service/Transfers/Training

Re: The Armory
You'd think that during deer season in the west end you could buy a box of Remington cor-loks or Winchester Power Points in .308. Not so. A.S.S. has all the tactical stuff you could want at lower prices. I guess a $25.00 transfer is fair but is that the only business he's looking for? I have more guns in my safe than he had for sale. Sad really.

Re: The Armory
Went there a couple weeks ago only to turn right around as he was allowing 4 guys smoke in the shop. im not against smoking but when your smoking and getting ash on guns that i would have wanted to look at and maybe buy is very unprofessional.

Re: The Armory
I've heard a rumor that Dunk's is moving in to Kinsley's. I think it is just a rumor. I'd like to be wrong as at least there is a good chance they would have items I need. Sometimes I don't mind paying a bit more if I can get the items I really need right now. There hasn't been a gun shop like that around in quite a while.
