S&W Model 19-4 value?
Mods, please move if in the wrong section.
So I am looking to sell my S&W model 19-4 (1980), 4" 357, but it has been tough to figure out a fair price. Shops are really lowballing it and checking gun broker does not help their prices seem high and all over the place.
Great finish some really minor wear/fade on one side of the barrel end.
Solid, not loose. Forcing cone is clean and timing seems right. Original wood grips.
Can anyone give me a ballpark value..... some place to start.

Re: S&W Model 19-4 value?
Pending condition a good K frame 357 magnum that is not shoot up and in good shape and not a (Badgar Putar spelling) S&W made in the 80s might be almost classic.
If it in average condition I'd say around $450-$500 maybe $600 or $800 in excellent condition and not a BP S&W still around $400-$490.Last edited by Neko456; November 7th, 2011 at 05:18 PM.

"Bangar Punta" He is referring to the period of time when Bangar Punta owned Smith &Wesson.
