NFA Trust Attorney?
If this has been discussed here before (and with my luck, it most certainly has been), I apologize in advance. I am in Wayne, Delaware County, and am looking into finding an attorney to put together an NFA trust for me. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am willing to travel ~1 hour outside my residence.
I know that this sort of thing may be done with software---however, it's my personal preference to pay an attorney to have this done so that I may ensure it has been done 100% correctly. I'd greatly appreciate any information.
Mods, if this is in the incorrect area I apologize.
Thank you!

Re: NFA Trust Attorney?
I'd be happy to discuss this with you or anyone else in Pennsylvania, this isn't the sort of issue where you need to physically travel to a lawyer's office unless you want to.
The first question is whether a trust is appropriate at all. Hiring a lawyer to draft an NFA trust is a bit like looking for a garage mechanic to recalibrate your frabistan. First, you need to identify the problem, THEN you determine the best fix. Most people aren't best served by a trust. Some can use an LLC, or a corporation. But first, we'll see if skipping all of those and registering the item in your own name, without having to hire a lawyer at all, is best for you.
I like money, I need clients to maintain my practice, but if you don't need me then I'll be the first to tell you so.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: NFA Trust Attorney?
Thank you for the info everyone. I believe I have everything I need at this time. NFA trusts appear to be a bit more complicated than I thought they would be.
