Question 11" or 14" Integrally Suppressed 5.45x39 upper

1: Anyone know where I could locate a 11" or 14" Integrally Suppressed 5.45x39 upper for a AR? Been day dreaming all week about this.

2: If I find one. Would it count as one or 2 NFA items? Meaning would I have to pay for 1 stamp or 2?

    Thanks

In regards to question 2, I believe it would be 2 stamps. Sort of like how a semi MP5SD is 2. One for the short barrel rifle the other for the suppressor. I think.

    Yep, two stamps.
    SBR & Silencer.

It's sick enought to be worth $400 in tax.
$200 for a SBR AR, and another $200 for the silencer.

Bonus points, as the SBR (your AR lower) can now be used with a 9mm SBR upper, a .22Lr SBR upper, and a .223 SBR upper.
Wouldn't you like to know what's in my safe.

To clarify, the UPPER is not itself an NFA-regulated item; however, if you put it on a rifle lower, then the complete gun is regulated by the NFA as an SBR. Thus, in order to put such an upper on a gun, you'd effectively need an SBR stamp for the lower.

Also, the BATFE(ARBF), through their government-hazed logic, has decided that possession of both everything you need to build an SBR (I.E. a standard rifle lower and an upper with a >16" barrel installed), that it is likely constructive possession, and therefore the same as straight possession of an unlicensed SBR.
