anyone know if the lake at chapman dam is frozen?

Ice is now covering the entire ice lake surface. The most recent lake stocking took place on 1/15/08

we did go to winterfest. it was a good time. where did you come up with that link for the ice report? i'de like to know how to get that info for the other arealakes but i couldn't find that particular page for tionesta or kinzua. how did you get to that particular report?
