Got My Permit. :)

4-1/2 months to get my Delaware permit.
2 weeks, including mailing time, to get my PA LTCF.

Talk about putting things in perspective.

Talking about perspective, I lived in Md and the chances of even getting are slim to none, let alone recieving it in 2 weeks.

I'm just glad you got out.

I just wish I wasn't surrounded by two other nanny states.

Me too. I miss the family but not the infringement on the gun rights.

The only time I ever heard of a typical citizen getting a concealed carry permit in MD is when I spoke with Jim Mullins, president of th WVCDL. Apparently, some guys lives had been threatened by gangs, and they were thankfully able to get permits even in MD; they said that they were afraid to relocate to WV, because who has a license is public record. That is the only case I can remember a pro-gun person saying they would rather live in an anti-gun state as opposed to a pro-gun state like WV.
