Default Best transfer prices in Pittsburgh

I know this probably comes up a lot, but I was wondering who has the best prices for handgun transfers in the Pittsburgh area. I've got a pistol I'd like to have shipped in from out of state.

John at Firearms Transfers is the best and he's only $20.

Second vote for John B. I've used his service often. Also heard/read good things about Gunrunners... I'd say location makes the choice for you. If you are in the city or North of it, use John. If you are out East, use Gunrunners. Either way you should be happy.

I second Todd at GRoPA - great guy to do business with. I have done a couple transfers with him at this point.

It helps that he lives right around the corner from me but his prices are awesome too - and he has a frequent transfer award card - after so many transfers you get a free one!

Here is the text from his "addiction page"

DON'T FORGET YOUR ADDICTION CARD WHEN YOU COME OVER FOR YOUR TRANSFER. ONE PUNCH PER FIREARM AND THE 6TH TRANSFER IS FREE!!
    GET YOUR CARD FILLED UP....

Ive had good experiences over at the shop on Neville Island. I think they're $25.

I've had experience with Todd and John. Both are great guys, and made the process extremely easy! Like another poster said, I'd base the decision on where you're located.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it was $20 plus tax. Unless he changed it since summer. I wasn't a fan of the sanford_and_son atmosphere, and I nearly hooked my eye on some lure hanging from the ceiling, but the transaction was smooth enough. And if you happen to need bait AND a transfer, you are golden.

    +1 for GunRunners

There's also a new guy in Verona (not the old Allegheny Arsenal) that is $25-ish, and $60 for NFA

Little hole in the wall place, don't drive too fast or you'll miss it.

Always good to support the local guys

My business will do firearms transfers, $20 cash, $50 cash NFA items. No problems with multiple sales per transfer. $10 extra for more handguns due to extra forms/postage.

We're located in Claridge between Irwin and Delmont/Murrysville, and all business is by appointment. No problem with doing internet sales, and will try to beat any online price, so contact us before you buy for a quote!

Location is close to those in Greensburg, Irwin, Harrison City, Delmont, Murrysville, Monroeville, and other places in Westmoreland County.
