Kimber Eclipse Custom 2!!
Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a while as my summers are so busy, however i finally made it back to the gunshop and just put a down payment on a kimber eclipse custom 2 (1911 4" bbl .45 acp) . What a gorgeous piece it is and i cant wait to pick it up. I guess im only posting out of excitement and to see if anyone else has one of these and how they feel about it. I have wanted a kimber forever and i finally just bit the bullet on the heavy price tag.
When unholstering your sidearm it is customary to say: "Excuse me while i whip this out"

If it is the one I am thinking of, it looks like the SA PX9152LP Loaded, and yes, it is a beautiful example of a 1911. Fine choice.
