I actually already have my LTCF. I saw the limits you mention above about how and where you can transport in an automobile and decided that wasn't for me. I would hate to shorten my day by making extra trips to drop off firearm at home after shooting at a range. When I knew I was going to buy one I randomly one day found myself driving by the West Chester court house and decided to pop in the Sheriff's office and apply. It was very easy to apply and the people in the office were very helpful, they got me all of the correct forms and gave me some flyers for training courses. I was out in less than 20 minutes and two weeks later it was in the mail.

Glad your ahead of the game. Hopefully someone else reads that and get's there LTCF so all that typing does not go to waste.
