Which Cabelas locations have this?

Re: $200 SKSs at Cabelas
Maybe other SKS experts can chime in but I did the usual surplus gun check like checking the bore and components for rust, checking the rifling, etc. They're pretty caked in cosmoline but in good shape from what I can see.
And yeah I really didn't have the extra cash either to spend but $200 for an SKS is a steal in todays market for SKSs.

Re: $200 SKSs at Cabelas
In my limited experience with buying an SKS, I have always looked for the best cosmetic condition. If they're caked with cosmo you won't be able to see the bore. What I have always done is looked for the one with the least amount of cosmetic wear (common sense). This (at least for me) is usually the best indication on the condition of the bore. Try and get one without all the laser etched serial numbers and be sure you clean off all the components that have cosmo. Pay extra special attention to the bolt because sometimes the firing pin gets caked up by the grease which will lead to slam fires, and that will get you nothing but nasty looks at the range.
I wish I had cash for another SKS to add to the collection. Whoever gets one should post up some pictures for the rest of us!

BTW, you don't get to hand select. They get you one out of the back and you inspect it. I'm sure you could ask them for another if it's really bad. I'll post a pic of mine tonight. I haven't even cleaned it yet.

I am here at Cabela's now, waiting. I bought three Yugos for 199 each. These rifles are NEW and UNISSUED. If you've been wanting one at an awesome price, I'd jump now. These will NOT be this cheap again. I've seen similar condition Yugos selling for a lot more than this.
